A nonlinear mathematical model for the dynamics of permanent magnet synchronous machines with interior magnets is discussed. The current captures saturation and dependency on rotor angle. Based model, a flatness-based field-oriented closed-loop controller feed-forward compensation torque ripples are derived. Effectiveness robustness proposed algorithms demonstrated by simulation results.
