Mirror matter admixtures in Ω − two body non-leptonic decays and the |∆I| = 1/2 rule Abstract We extend our previous analysis of mirror matter admixtures to reproduce the |∆I| = 1/2 rule predictions in the decays Ω − → Ξ − π 0 , Ω − → Ξ 0 π − , and Ω − → ΛK −. The results are satisfactory, lending credibility to the possibility that the enhancement phenomenon may be attributed to such admixtures.

Absolute O and OH ground state densities were measured in a He rf-plasma (13.56 MHz driving frequency) with water admixtures. For this, high resolution synchrotron VUV and broadband UV absorption spectroscopy was used. Detected absolute O and OH densities were in the order of 10 and 10 m, respectively. The densities of both species were found to increase towards higher water admixtures.
