A 13-year-old female was admitted with abdominal pain and dysmenorrhea. Ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging revealed OHVIRA syndrome (uterus didelphys, obstructed hemivagina, and ipsilateral renal agenesis). A left hysterotomy was performed.
