mesoblastic nephroma is a rare entity in adulthood. we report a case of mesoblastic nephroma in a 35-year-old woman who presented with left flank pain. computed tomography images favored a soft tissue mass in the upper pole of the left kidney. the lesion was excised and sent for pathological analysis. pathological and immunohisto- chemical studies favored a diagnosis of mesoblastic nephroma.
Introduction: Nipple discharge is the third most common complaint of the breast diseases following the breast mass and the breast pain. The majority of the lesions causing pathological nipple discharge (PND) consist of non-palpable breast lesions (NPBLs). When non-operative diagnostic tools are inadequate to distinguish the diagnosis, the pathological duct should be removed to ...
A case of bilateral intraosseous tumor of the calcaneus with different MRI imaging is presented. On the left, radiological findings suggest intraosseous lipoma, but on the right-sided lesion, imaging studies were not convincing. The microscopic report showed foreign body granulomatous reaction, a rare clinical pathological discordant.
Background and Aims: Knowing the depth and type of the teeth impaction with radiographic approaches can guide the clinicians into selecting the most appropriate treatment and prevent surgical complications. Therefore, the purpose of this article was to evaluate the prevalence of canine and premolar impaction in the digital panoramic view of patients referred to Rasht dental school in 2019. Mat...
we report a rare case of congenital foregut cysts (esophageal bronchogenic cyst) in a young woman with history of long term dysphagia. she presented with dysphagia and upper gastrointestinal endoscopy showed bulge submucosal lesion in the distal of the esophagus. endoscopic ultrasound showed a 3×3 cm cystic lesion suggestive for esophageal duplication or bronchogenic cyst. computed tomography o...

BACKGROUND We postulated that the late electrophysiological effects of radiofrequency (RF) ablation may be related to microvascular injury extending beyond the region of acute coagulation necrosis. METHODS AND RESULTS Eighteen RF lesions created in the left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) perfusion bed of seven open chest anesthetized dogs were studied. The ablation electrode and su...
