Abstract This paper aims to present a numerical investigation of the two-phase flow in unbaffled uncovered stirred tanks equipped with Rushton turbine. The shaft is positioned eccentrically. As simulation software, Simcenter Star CCM+ 2021.2 used carry out multiphase unsteady simulations. Next, results are compared obtained on test bench.
