این مقاله به بررسی و تحلیل رفتاری لایه برداری سطحی ناهمسان­گرد سیلیکون (100) در هیدروکسید آمونیم­ تترامتیل(tmah) پرداخته است. فرآیند حکاکی در محلول tmah با غلظت­های مختلف 5%، 10%، 15% و 25% و در دماهای مختلف oc 70، oc 80 و oc90 انجام شد. نتایج نشان می­دهد که نرخ زدایش با افزایش دما، افزایش می­یابد ولی این نرخ با افزایش غلظت tmah در غلظت­های بیشتر از 10% کاهش می­یابد. بیشترین نرخ زدایش برابر با ...
