Archibasis oscillans Selys, 1877 is reported for the first time from Maharashtra, India; and record of Merogomphus tamaracherriensis Fraser, 1931, based on photographic evidence taken Sindhudurg, Maharashtra. We report range extension both species in northern Western Ghats.
