In this paper, the two-dimensional triangular orthogonal functions (2D-TFs) are applied for solving a class of nonlinear two-dimensional Volterra integral equations. 2D-TFs method transforms these integral equations into a system of linear algebraic equations. The high accuracy of this method is verified through a numerical example and comparison of the results with the other numerical methods.

We study the amplitude dynamics of two-dimensional (2D) solitons in a fast collision described by coupled nonlinear Schrödinger equations with saturable nonlinearity and weak loss. extend perturbative technique for calculating collision-induced two one-dimensional (1D) to derive theoretical expression 2D solitons. Our approach is based on major steps. The first step standard adiabatic perturbat...

The application of numerical models to understand the behavioural pattern a flood is widely found in literature. However, selection an appropriate hydraulic model highly essential conduct reliable predictions. Predicting discharges and inundation extents are two most important outcomes simulations stakeholders. Precise topographical data channel geometries along suitable required accurately pre...

Abstract Two-dimensional (2D) lateral heterojunctions between different transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs) have been realized in recent years. Homogeneous semiconducting TMDC layers are characterized by a topological invariant, their in-plane electric polarization. It suggests the possibility of one-dimensional (1D) metallic states at where value invariant changes. We study such 2D juncti...

This work considers two linear operators which yield wave modes that are classified as neutrally stable, yet have responses grow or decay in time. Previously, King et al. (2016) and Huber (2020) examined the one-dimensional (1D) propagation governed by these operators. Here, we extend to spatial dimensions (2D) examine resulting solutions. We find increase of dimension leads long-time behaviour...

Ultrasound applications are used for diagnostic applications such as visualizing muscles, tendons, internal organs, to determine its size, structures, any lesions or other abnormalities. This paper concentrates the diagnosis of abnormalities in kidney Images based on retrieving past similar images from kidney Image Database. More and more amount of ultrasound digital images are being captured a...

In a total flow geothermal system, the two-phase turbine can generate output power and recover fresh water for water-deficient area. The performance of under various working conditions is significantly affected by operation parameters system. This paper presented evaluation methods turbines, including one-dimensional (1D) method, two-dimensional (2D) method three-dimensional (3D) method. 1D was...

A bstract We consider the generalization of a matrix integral with arbitrary spectral curve ρ 0 ( E ) to 0+1D theory quantum mechanics (MQM). Using recent techniques for 1D systems at large- N , we formulate hydrodynamical effective eigenvalues. The result is simple 2D free boson BCFT on curved background, describing fluctuations eigenvalues around ), which now limit expectation value eigenvalu...

Abstract We investigate the behavior of three-dimensional 3D exchange energy functional density-functional theory in anisotropic systems with two-dimensional 2D character and 1D character. The local density approximation (LDA), generalized gradient (GGA), meta-GGA behave as functions quantum well width. use infinite-barrier model (IBM) for well. In first section, we describe problem functional,...

The exchange and correlation Exc of strongly correlated electrons in two-dimensional 2D layers of finite width are studied as a function of the density parameter rs, spin-polarization and the temperature T. We explicitly treat strong-correlation effects via pair-distribution functions, and introduce an equivalent constantdensity approximation CDA applicable to all the inhomogeneous densities en...
