the general relatively isotropic mean landsberg metrics contain the general relativelyisotropic landsberg metrics. a class of finsler metrics is given, in which the mentioned two conceptsare equivalent. in this paper, an interpretation of general relatively isotropic mean landsberg metrics isfound by using c-conformal transformations. some necessary conditions for a general relativelyisotropic ...

This volume collects the most important contributions from four minisymposia ICIAM 2019. The papers highlight cutting-edge applications of Cartesian CFD methods and describe employed algorithms numerical schemes. An emphasis is laid on complex multi-physics like magnetohydrodynamics, combustion, aerodynamics with fluid-structure interaction, solved various discretizations, e.g. finite differenc...

Multiresolution surfaces are especially useful for fast rendering, real-time display, and progressive transmission. This paper reviews major surface simplification techniques and multiresolution surface reconstruction approaches. Based on comparison among various approximation algorithms we propose an appropriate measure for surface approximation accuracy and essential concepts for multiresolut...

Data structure synthesis is the task of generating data structure implementations from high-level specifications. Recent work in this area has shown potential to save programmer time and reduce the risk of defects. Existing techniques focus on data structures for manipulating subsets of a single collection, but real-world programs often track multiple related collections and aggregate propertie...

Community search has become especially important in graph analysis task, which aims to identify latent members of a particular community from few given nodes. Most the existing efforts focus on exploring structure with single scale nodes are located. Despite promising results, following two insights often neglected. First, node attributes provide rich and highly related auxiliary information ap...

We develop and investigate several novel multiresolution algorithms for detecting coherent radar targets embedded in clutter. These multiresolution detectors exploit the fact that prominent target scatterers interfere in a characteristic manner as resolution is changed, while multiresolution clutter signatures are random. We show, both on simulated and collected synthetic aperture radar data, t...

We present a generic programming approach to the implementation of multiresolution spatial decompositions. From a set of simple and necessary requirements, we arrive at the Binary Multitriangulation (BMT) concept. We also describe a data structure that models the BMT concept in its full generality. Finally, we discuss applications of the BMT to visualization of volumetric datasets.

Semi-regular 4–8 meshes are refinable triangulated quadrangulations. They provide a powerful hierarchical structure for multiresolution applications. In this paper, we show how to decompose the DooSabin and Catmull-Clark subdivision schemes using 4–8 refinement. The proposed technique makes it possible to use these classical subdivision surfaces with semi-regular 4–8 meshes. Additional

We have developed the theory and analog hardware implement-ation for a Cont.inuous Wavelet Transform (CWT). This novel circuit performs an orthogonal decomposition of temporal signals, such as speech, in a frequency range of IOHz to 20KHz. This multiresolution processor expands the Laguerre structure originally developed by Lee [4].
