Human spontaneous face-to-face conversations are characterized by phenomena such as turn-taking, feedback, sounds of hesitation and repairs. A simple and highly modular streambased approach to natural language processing is proposed that attempts to deal with such things. A basic version of the model has been implemented in the Oz programming language.

This article shows a deca-valued representation of neutrosophic information in which are defined the following features: truth, falsity, weak truth, weak falsity, ignorance, contradiction, saturation, neutrality, ambiguity and hesitation. Using these features, there are constructed computing formulas for entropy, neutro-entropy and anti-entropy.

We present an elbow disarticulation due to accidental intra-arterial injection of diazepam. Considering the risk of inadvertent and accidental intra-arterial injection of diazepam and its subsequent severe sequelae that are reported in the literature, we emphasize that intravenous diazepam should be administered with more hesitancy and care.
