We study the dispersion relations of mesons in a particular hot strongly coupled supersymmetric gauge theory plasma. We calculate the mass and meson-current coupling constant of the D∗ 2(2460) tensor meson in the framework of QCD sum rules. The obtained result on the mass is compatible with the experimental data.

The QCD sum rule approach to the in-medium behavior of hadrons is discussed for ω meson, nucleon and D meson. Emphasis is devoted to the impact of four-quark condensates and to order parameters of spontaneous symmetry breaking.
