OBJECTIVE
The main treatment strategies for clinical stage T1 renal mass are radical nephrectomy (RN) and partial nephrectomy (PN). Treatment decision depends largely on tumor complexity as assessed by the R.E.N.A.L. nephrometry scoring system.
