In this study, we propose the concept of left extension a hyperideal by generalizing k-hyperideals in ordered semihyperrings with symmetrical hyper-operation ?. By using notion k-hyperideal, prove some results semihyperrings. The paper can be viewed as generalization for k-ideals semirings.
