We analyze the thermodynamical state of nuclear matter in transport descriptions of heavy ion reactions. We determine thermodynamical variables from an analysis of local momentum space distributions and compare to blast model parameters from an analysis of fragment energy spectra. The recent observation of the decay B 0 → Λc p̄ suggests that related decays may soon be visible at ee colliders. It is shown how these decays can shed light on strong final-state phases and amplitudes involving the spectator quark, both of which are normally expected to be small in B decays. We consider the leading and sub-leading twist T -odd and even contributions to the cos2φ azimuthal asymmetry in unpolarized dilepton production in Drell-Yan Scattering. We estimate the contributions’ effects at 500 GeV, 50GeV, and 25GeV energies in the framework of the parton model using a quark diquark-spectator model of the nucleon to approximate the soft contributions.
