تركز هذه الدارسة على طقوس التعبد التي يؤديها الفرد العراقي القديم في عصور قديمة وبشكل خاص العصر البابلي وتجسدت الطقوس بمشاهد فنية من واقع المجتمع والتركيز النحت البارز بشكل للدراسة حالات لان يعد الأعمال الفنية النادرة ، وكذلك اعتمادهم نمط محدد وهذا يظهر واضح وايضاً الاختام يدل أًن المتعبدين يؤدون نفس التعبدية تقربهم الآلهة.
