Data concerning frequency of cesarean section as well as frequency of vaginal delivery after cesarean section in Poznań region in years 1990-1991 were presented. During last years we observed significant increase of spontaneous deliveries after cesarean section. The indications for the previous cesarean section and the outcome of the present pregnancy are discussed.
