本研究では樹脂系乾燥促進剤の添加が無機汚泥の乾燥に与える影響を明らかにするため,乾燥促進剤として樹脂エマルジョンを混合した無機汚泥の乾燥実験を実施した。実験ではアクリル系樹脂エマルジョンを無機模擬汚泥に 0.8 wt% 添加し,エマルジョンの添加が汚泥の乾燥挙動に与える影響,および乾燥温度や汚泥サイズ等の乾燥条件が乾燥速度に与える影響について評価を行なった。乾燥促進剤の種類により汚泥乾燥挙動は異なるものの,無機汚泥においても少量の乾燥促進剤の添加により汚泥乾燥促進が可能であった。中でもアクリル系樹脂エマルジョン (DA10) の添加は汚泥中の水分移動速度低下を抑制させるため,比表面積が小さい大球試料において高い乾燥促進効果が得られることがわかった。一方で,汚泥への乾燥促進剤の添加は汚泥表面での水分の蒸発速度を抑制するため,乾燥促進剤の利用においては乾燥温度や汚泥乾燥試料形状等の最適化...
