We report the discovery of a new factor for each of the Fermat numbers F13, F15, F16. These new factors have 27, 33 and 27 decimal digits respectively. Each factor was found by the elliptic curve method. After division by the new factors and previously known factors, the remaining cofactors are seen to be composite numbers with 2391, 9808 and 19694 decimal digits respectively.

A recently developed algorithm for nonlinear system performance analysis has been applied to an F16 aircraft to begin evaluating the suitability of the method for aerospace problems. The algorithm has a potential to be much more e cient than the current methods in performance analysis for aircraft. This paper is the initial step in evaluating this potential.

An intertypic recombinant adenovirus with a serotype 3-like hexon gene and a serotype 16-like fiber (99% identical to that of the prototype strain of human adenovirus 16 [HAdV-16], Ch79) was isolated in Argentina from an infant admitted to the hospital with acute respiratory disease.
