We introduce the notion of hypergroupoids HBinX, , and show that HBinX, is a super-semigroup of the semigroup BinX, via the identification x ↔ {x}. We prove that HBin * X, , ∅ is a BCK-algebra, and obtain several properties of HBin * X, .
