We find the analytic solution of a pair stochastic equations with arbitrary forces and multiplicative Lévy noises in steady-state nonequilibrium case. This shows that flights always suppress quasiperiodic motion related to limit cycle. prove such suppression is caused by variation ∆L ~ (∆t)1/α exponent α < 2 negligible comparison Gaussian ∆W (∆t)1/2 ∆t → 0 limit.
