We study $R$-groups for $p$-adic inner forms of quasi-split special unitary groups. We prove Arthur's conjecture, the isomorphism between the Knapp-Stein $R$-group and the Langlands-Arthur $R$-group, for quasi-split special unitary groups and their inner forms.
