In this paper,  pseudo-amenability and pseudo-Connes amenability of weighted semigroup algebra $ell^1(S,omega)$ are studied. It is proved that pseudo-Connes amenability and pseudo-amenability of weighted group algebra $ell^1(G,omega)$ are the same.
