（症例）74 歳，男性．（現症）約 3 年前より左乳頭血性分泌を認めていた．血性乳頭分泌を認めるのみであった．乳腺超音波検査では左乳頭部位に約 8 mm 大の低エコー腫瘤を認めた．針生検施行し，invasive ductalcarcinoma の診断で，胸筋温存乳房切除術およびセンチネルリンパ節生検術を行った．（考察）症状は，無痛性腫瘤として触知することが多い．血性乳頭分泌を伴うことはある．早期に治療でき経過良好となったので報告する．
