In this paper, some electronics properties of new superconductor Sr2VO3FeAs, such as density of states, band structure, density of electron cloud and bound lengths in the ground state have been calculated. According to N(Ef) in ground state CV/T value has been estimated. The calculations were performed in the framework of density functional theory (DFT), using the full potential linearized augm...

We discuss the discovery potential of the bound states of singlet quarks at LHC. We find that it is possible to discover bound states of singlet quarks at LHC with singlet quark masses up to 300 Gev for e Q = 2 3 and up to 200 Gev for e Q = − 1 3 .

Heavy flavour production and spectroscopy are key components of the HERA physics programme. I will summarise a selection of the recent results obtained by the H1 and ZEUS collaborations. The production of excited charm mesons and J/ψ will be discussed as well as measurements of b quark cross-sections in photoproduction. The status of searches for exotic bound states and the D∗p resonance will b...

Fevziye Yasuk, Aysen Durmus and Ismail Boztosun Department of Physics, Erciyes University, 38039 Kayseri Turkey Abstract We present an alternative and simple method for the exact solution of the Klein-Gordon equation in the presence of the non-central equal scalar and vector potentials by using Nikiforov-Uvarov (NU) method. The exact bound state energy eigenvalues and corresponding eigenfunctio...

We treat the old problem of the proton-neutron bound state (the deuteron). Using a new concept of incomplete (partial) annihilation process we derive a formula for the binding energy of the deuteron, which does not contain any new constant. Some implications of this new approach are discussed.

We show that the growth of the size with the number of partons holds in a Thomas–Fermi analysis of the threshold bound state of D0–branes. Our results sharpen the evidence that for a fixed value of the eleven dimensional radius the partonic velocities can be made arbitrarily small as one approaches the large N limit. ∗[email protected][email protected][email protected]....

Vacuum polarization effects are non-perturbatively incorporated into the photon propagator to eliminate the severe infrared problems characteristic of QED 3. The theory is thus rephrased in terms of a massive vector boson whose mass is e 2 /(8π). Subsequently, it is shown that electron-electron bound states are possible in QED 3 .

Nonrelativistic bound states have two low energy scales, a soft scale μS of order mv and an ultrasoft scale μU of order mv . In two-stage running, the soft and ultrasoft scales are lowered from m to mv, and then the ultrasoft scale is lowered from mv to mv. In one-stage running, the two scales are lowered in a correlated way using a subtraction velocity. We compare these two methods of summing ...

All regular four-dimensional black holes are constructed in the theory obtained by Kaluza-Klein reduction of five-dimensional Einstein gravity. They are interpreted in string theory as rotating bound states of D0and D6-branes. In the extremal limit the solutions are stable, due to angular momentum conservation. The thermodynamics, the duality symmetries, and the near-horizon limit are explored.
