Two intersting cases of foreign bodies ingestion reported. First case who was a mentaly depressed, ingested many needles and bistoury blades. Few of them were fixed in patient's Meckel Diverticulum. 500 cases of Esophago-Gastroscopy were evaluated at the Shahid Moddares teaching and research medical center. Endoscopic diagnosis were:  38% Gastritis, 24% Duodenal Ulcer, 8% Esophageal Carcinoma, 6% Gastric Carcinoma, 6% Gastric Ulcer, 6% Hiatal Hernia, 3% Esophageal Varises.  In 68% of these cases Gastroscopy findings were in Agreement with Radiology reports.
