To assess the effect of ivermectin on the morbidity caused by hookworm-related cutaneous larva migrans in patients in hyperendemic areas, we treated 92 patients (with 441 tracks in total) from Manaus, Brazil, with single-dose ivermectin (200 µg/kg).
