This work is concernedwith a class of fourth order semilinear ordinary differential equation with pseudo almost periodic environment and multiple delays. Specifically, we establish the existence and uniqueness of the pseudo almost periodic solutions. Furthermore, we discuss the global stability of the considered equation.

By the use of geometric methods for linearizing systems second-order cubically semi-linear ordinary differential equations and conditional linearizability third-order quintically equations, we extend to fourth-order by differentiating conditionally linearizable equation. This yields criteria a class which have not been discussed in literature previously.
