A simple model of three winds (fast{slow{fast) for LBV outbursts is presented. At the outburst (slow wind), the rotating star reaches its Omega limit. We nd that our proposed scenario for rotating, massive , single stars leads naturally to a circumstellar gas distribution similar to the Homunculus nebula of Car.
