Pentanema divaricatum species was collected from Arıcak (Elazığ) district in Turkey and it given a new record for the Flora of Turkey. The description, details photographs distribution maps this are also given.

The genus Inula L. belongs to tribe Inuleae (Asteraceae) with about 100 species in the world. In this study, leaf in cross section and epidermis in superficial view were studied.
