Electron spin resonance (ESR) measurement data of 98 teeth from atomic-bomb survivors who received various radiation doses were analyzed in terms of possible solar light exposure by tooth position. Each tooth was divided into buccal and lingual parts for independent ESR measurement. We found that average buccal doses were larger than their corresponding lingual doses by 0.48 +/- 0.30 Gy (first ...

We report the delayed eruption and infraocclusion of a mandibular second primary molar with ectopic location of the permanent successor. This was a rare case where the second premolar was located to the distal side of the impacted mandibular second primary molar. Early intervention is recommended to manage orofacial disfigurement and prevent consequent problems.

been studied for R=Me, Et, i-Pr, and Ph. The reactions are studied by 15N and 31p NMR spectroscopy. Two 31p NMR resonances were observed for R3PAuCN and (R3P)2Au+ species. However, for the 15N NMR, only averaged resonances were observed for R3PAuC15N and Au(C15N)2" species except for Et3PAuC15N, where two resonances were detected. The R3PAu13C15N complexes have also been prepared where R= Me, Et...
