In this paper we use techniques of Malliavin calculus and forward integration to present a general stochastic maximum principle for anticipating stochastic differential equations driven by a Lévy type of noise. We apply our result to study a general stochastic differential game problem of an insider. MSC2010 : 60G51, 60H40, 60H10, 60HXX, 93E20

For applications in algebraic geometric codes, an explicit description of bases of Riemann-Roch spaces of divisors on function fields over finite fields is needed. We give an algorithm to compute such bases for one point divisors, and Weierstrass semigroups over an optimal tower of function fields. We also explicitly compute Weierstrass semigroups till level eight. MSC2010 Subject Classificatio...

This paper deals with continuity preservation when minimizing generalized total variation with a L fidelity term or a Dirichlet boundary condition. We extend several recent results for these two types of data terms, mainly by showing comparison principles for the prescribed mean curvature problem satisfied by the level-sets of such minimizers. We study centre symmetry sets and equidistants for a 1-parameter family of plane curves where, for a special member of the family, there exist two inflexions with parallel tangents. Some results can be obtained by reducing a generating family to normal forms, but others require direct calculation from the generating family. MSC2010 Classification: 57R45, 53A04, 53A15

We study one-dimensional Schrödinger operators with complex measures as potentials and present an improved criterion for absence of eigenvalues which involves a weak local periodicity condition. The criterion leads to sharp quantitative bounds on the eigenvalues. We apply our result to quasiperiodic measures as potentials. MSC2010: 34L15, 34L40, 81Q10, 81Q12

Invariant manifolds of equations governing the dynamics of conservative nonholonomic systems are investigated. These manifolds are assumed to be uniquely projected onto configuration space. The invariance conditions are represented in the form of generalized Lamb’s equations. Conditions are found under which the solutions to these equations admit a hydrodynamical description typical of Hamilton...

This article is concerned with maximal accretive realization of geometric Kramers-Fokker-Planck operators on manifolds with boundaries. A general class of boundary conditions is introduced which ensures the maximal accretivity and some global subelliptic estimates. Those estimates imply nice spectral properties as well as exponential decay properties for the associated semigroup. Admissible bou...

Every regular expression can be transformed into a Nondeterministic Finite Automaton (NFA) with or without  transitions. A well known algorithm called subset construction technique is used for conversion of NFA into DFA. In this paper, initially, the construction of the position automaton is given for the same. Also, the algorithm to convert this Position Automaton into DFA using subset constr...

We show that if G is a graph such that every edge is in at least two triangles, then G contains a spanning tree with no vertex of degree 2 (a homeomorphically irreducible spanning tree). This result was originally asked in a question format by Albertson, Berman, Hutchinson, and Thomassen in 1979, and then conjectured to be true by Archdeacon in 2009. MSC2010 : 05C05, 05C75

In this paper we prove that the existence of absolutely continuous spectrum of the Kirchhoff Laplacian on a radial metric tree graph together with a finite complexity of the geometry of the tree implies that the tree is in fact eventually periodic. This complements the results by Breuer and Frank in [3] in the discrete case as well as for sparse trees in the metric case. MSC2010: 34L05, 34L40, ...
