this article concerned on the study of signature submanifolds for curves under lie group actions se(2), sa(2) and for surfaces under se(3). signature submanifold is a regular submanifold which its coordinate components are di erential invariants of an associated manifold under lie group action, and therefore signature submanifold is a key for solving equivalence problems.

This paper describes a structure tensor based method to characterize activity in videos. Based on the relationship observed between structure tensors and covariance matrices, the distance between structure tensor matrices is computed by either a generalized eigenvalue or a Riemannian manifold. A histogram of distances between structure tensor matrices is constructed to serve as a signature for ...

A convertible limited (multi-) verifier signature (CL(M)VS) provides controlled verifiability and preserves the privacy of the signer. Furthermore, limited verifier(s) can designate the signature to a third party or convert it into a publicly verifiable signature upon necessity. In this proposal, we first present a generic construction of convertible limited verifier signature (CLVS) into which...

Abstract. The theory of signature invariants of links in rational homology spheres is applied to covering links of homology boundary links. From patterns and Seifert matrices of homology boundary links, an explicit formula is derived to compute signature invariants of their covering links. Using the formula, we produce fused boundary links that are positive mutants of ribbon links but are not c...

We study the production and decay of a light charged Higgs boson at the future Large Hadron electron Collider (LHeC) in the framework of the Two Higgs Doublet Type III, assuming a fourzero texture in the Yukawa matrices and a general Higgs potential. We analyze the charged current production processes e−p→ νeqH considering the signature H+→ cb̄+c.c. of the final state. We take this signature and...

Sparsely spread code division multiple access (SCDMA) is a non-orthogonal superposition coding scheme that permits a base station simultaneously communicates with multiple users over a common channel. The detection performance of an SCDMA system is mainly determined by its signature matrix, which should be sparse to guarantee large Euclidean distance for the equivalent signal constellation afte...

In recent years it has been trying that with regard to the question of computational complexity of discrete logarithm more strength and less in the elliptic curve than other hard issues, applications such as elliptic curve cryptography, a blind  digital signature method, other methods such as encryption replacement DLP. In this paper, a new blind digital signature scheme based on elliptic curve...

In this paper we cluster 330 classical music pieces collected from MusicNet database based on their musical note sequence. We use shingling and chord trajectory matrices to create signature for each music piece and performed spectral clustering to find the clusters. Based on different resolution, the output clusters distinctively indicate composition from different classical music era and diffe...

We construct an identity-based encryption (IBE) scheme from the standard Learning with Errors (LWE) assumption that has compact public-key and achieves adaptive security in the standard model. In particular, our scheme only needs 2 public matrices to support O(log λ)-bit length identity, and O(λ/ log λ) public matrices to support λ-bit length identity. This improves over previous IBE schemes fr...

A new numerical scheme for computing balancing coordinate transformations for signature symmetric realizations in linear systems theory is presented. The method is closely related to the Jacobi method for diagonalizing symmetric matrices. Here the minimization of the sum of traces of the Gramians by orthogonal and hyperbolic Jacobi-type rotations is considered. Local quadratic convergence of th...
