日本小児科学会が小児科専門医取得に求める「小児科医の到達目標」の腎泌尿器分野の代表的な検査手技の若手医師習得度の検討のため，順天堂大学小児科を基幹施設とするプログラム研修施設に所属する医師61名に対して，水腎症の超音波検査，VCUG, 前弯負荷試験，eGFR計算の習得度のアンケート調査を行った．指導医の介助なしで主導的に検査実施可能なのは，腹部超音波検査86.9%，VCUG 65.6%，前弯負荷試験9.8%であり，eGFR計算アプリを使用しているのは60.7%だった．VCUGの習得度は非専門医群48.5%，専門医群85.7%と，専門医群で有意に高かった（p<0.05）．手技習得の施設は8割以上が大学分院であり，多くの回答者がVCUGの手技習得・指導にはマニュアルが必要と考えていた．腹部超音波検査は一般小児科医も労せず習得できるが，VCUGはマニュアルに基づいた正確な指導が必要である．...
