今回,我々は上腸間膜静脈瘤に対して人工血管置換術を施行したので報告する.症例は80歳の女性で,2019年4月から持続する上腹部不快感を自覚していた.他院の腹部CTで上腸間膜静脈瘤を指摘され当科紹介となった.静脈瘤は上腸間膜静脈と中結腸静脈の合流部に存在し,最大径30 mmであった.手術は,腹部正中切開で施行した.中結腸静脈を結紮し静脈瘤を切除した後に,径10 mmリング付ePTFEで置換した.術後に上腹部不快感は消失した.術後8か月目の造影CTでは人工血管は開存していた.
