The adsorption of nucleotides on the surface nanocrystalline cerium dioxide (pHpzc = 6.3) in NaCl solutions was investigated using multi-batch experiments over a wide range pH. obtained results were interpreted as formation outer and inner sphere complexes with participation phosphate moieties. Basic Stern complexation model applied to obtain quantitative equilibrium reaction constants.
