The paper presents the results of studying soil lichens in areas thermal habitats on Kuril Islands, including features lichen distribution isles. Totally four species epigeic were found when fields Kunashir and Iturup isles: Cladonia graciliformis, C. granulans, vulcani, furcata. First three are closest to active fumaroles have highest rates occurrence frequency for these habitats.
