This article aims to comprehensively describe a particular case of bilateral intraocular subluxated lens with pseudoexfoliation syndrome in Moroccan woman homocystinuria. We report 56-year-old patient who has cataractous along whitish deposits. The association PEX hyperhomocysteinemia rarely been found.
