The surface-assisted assembly of DNA origami lattices is a promising technique for fabricating functional surfaces. Here, the formation homogeneous lattice on mica over total surface area 18.75 cm2 demonstrated. Atomic force and fluorescence microscopy mapping reveal high uniformity homogeneity almost entire area. costs amount to €0.12 per cm2.
