【症例】54歳男性．職業：電気工．以前から右手関節尺側部痛あり．仕事の作業中にドリルで複数回，右前腕を回外強制され，疼痛増悪を認めた．近医で三角繊維軟骨複合体（以下TFCC）損傷疑いで，当院紹介となる．身体所見，画像所見よりTFCC損傷を伴う尺側手根伸筋（以下ECU）腱脱臼の診断となり，同時修復を施行した．現在6か月経過し，疼痛改善し，職場復帰を果たしている．【考察】TFCC，ECU腱ともに遠位橈尺関節の安定性に寄与する因子のため，外傷後の手関節尺側部痛においてTFCC損傷とECU腱脱臼は併存しうることを念頭に置き診断，治療を行う必要がある．
