We present a case of cerebellar tumoral multiple sclerosis in an 11-year-old girl and emphasize these two features: (1) Tumoral multiple sclerosis can occur within the posterior fossa and should be strongly considered in the differential diagnosis of mass lesions of the posterior fossa when typical white matter lesions are seen on T2-weighted images. (2) Tumoral multiple sclerosis can demonstra...

Glioblastomas, (grade 4 astrocytomas), are aggressive primary brain tumors characterized by histopathological heterogeneity. High-resolution sequencing technologies have shown that these tumors also feature significant inter-tumoral molecular heterogeneity. Molecular subtyping of these tumors has revealed several predictive and prognostic biomarkers. However, intra-tumoral heterogeneity may und...

Introduction: Krupple-like factor4 is a transcription factor which is involved in many cancers including Breast cancer. Breast cancer is the most common malignancy among women. Due to the high prevalence of these tumors, there are ongoing efforts to find molecular markers which can recognize nontumoral from tumoral tissues. Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate the potential usefulne...

A morphometric analysis of tumoral Langerhans cells and activated macrophages was conducted using canine cutaneous tumors (65 cases of canine cutaneous histiocytoma and 7 cases of pyogranuloma). The histiocytic origin of the tumor cells was confirmed using immunohistochemistry. The parameters of the morphometric analysis included cellular and nuclear size and shape and the nuclear:cytoplasmic r...

We report a case of a tumoral calcinosis mimicking the appearance of recurrent osteosarcoma of the left femur and tibia in a 29-year-old woman with a history of osteosarcoma and chronic renal failure. Both processes can appear radiographically and histologically similar. Due to loosening of the orthopedic hardware, our patient underwent surgical revision and biopsy. We review the imaging appear...
