Based on secondary literature and IS ideologues’ own writings, this paper analyses IS’s claims of validity in their ca...
Gonococcaemia with arthritis and dermatitis was described in 1903 by Silvestrini. Subsequent reports, almost all from North America, distinguished two syndromes-one benign, with a mild fever, arthralgia or arthritis, and skin eruptions, and the other a serious illness with often fatal endocarditis (Levin and Silvers, 1937; Reitzel and Kohl, 1938; Williams, 1938). After the introduction of penic...

This article attempts to search this hadit...

One of the great but unknown mystics of the fourth century in Neyshabūr is Abu al-Abbas Zuzani. He is not mentioned in the famous mystical books except an anecdote by him related in Resalat al-Qusheyriyyed, from which we can infer that he has been a great mystic and one of the shaykhs of Abu Ali Daqqaq. In this article, first, based on some famous books like Dhahyabi’s History of Islam, and Hak...
In this note we prove, by using straightforward arguments, a stronger version of a well-known capacity result proved by Abu-Mostafa and St. Jacques. Our results states that no Hoppeld memory can have a \capacity" (in Abu-Mostafa and St. Jacques's sense) exceeding 1, thereby showing the inadequacy of their capacity notion.
