Interferon-free direct-acting antiviral (DAA) therapies in the chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infections have low side effects. Sofosbuvir / ribavirin (SOF RBV) therapy combination is among currently approved treatment regimens. Aleopecia areata a very rarely comlication of this treatment. A case alopecia developed after SOF RBV patient with infection presented.
