The crystal structure of the title complex, [Cu(2)(C(15)H(10)Cl(2)N(2)O(2))(2)(C(5)H(5)N)(2)], features centrosymmetric dimers. The Cu(II) ion is penta-coordinated in a quadratic pyramidal mode. The quadratic plane is formed by the O,O',N-tridentate ligand and a pyridine mol-ecule.
