In this contribution, we introduce higher spin Dirac operators, i.e. a specific class of differential operators in Clifford analysis of several vector variables, motivated by equations from theoretical physics. In particular, the higher spin Dirac operator in three vector variables will be explicitly constructed, starting from a description of the so-called twisted Rarita-Schwinger operator.
Exploitingdomain specific information is a promising and perhaps essential means for improving the performance of AI planning systems. A number of important issues arise when investigating the use of such information. Among the most important concern the questions of how domain specific information is to be represented and how planning algorithms can be created or modified to take advantage of ...
We introduced the continuous and discrete $p$-adic shearlet systems. We restrict ourselves to a brief description of the $p$-adic theory and shearlets in real case. Using the group $G_p$ consist of all $p$-adic numbers that all of its elements have a square root, we defined the continuous $p$-adic shearlet system associated with $L^2left(Q_p^{2}right)$. The discrete $p$-adic shearlet frames for...
We construct smooth asymptotically AdS5×S solutions of Type IIB supergravity corresponding to all the half-BPS surface operators in N = 4 SYM. All the parameters labeling a half-BPS surface operator are identified in the corresponding bubbling geometry. We use the supergravity description of surface operators to study the action of the SL(2, Z) duality group of N = 4 SYM on the parameters of th...
A measuring apparatus is described by quantum mechanics while it interacts with the quantum system under observation, and then it must be given a classical description so that the result of the measurement appears as objective reality. Alternatively, the apparatus may always be treated by quantum mechanics, and be measured by a second apparatus which has such a dual description. This article ex...
Generalized parity (P), time-reversal (T ), and charge-conjugation (C) operators were initially defined in the study of the pseudo-Hermitian Hamiltonians. We construct a concrete realization of these operators for Klein-Gordon fields and show that in this realization PT and C operators respectively correspond to the ordinary time-reversal and charge-grading operations. Furthermore, we present a...
The generalized Funk transform is a integral transform acting from densities on a manifold X to functions defined on a family Σ of hypersurfaces in X. The dual operator M is again a Funk transform which is defined for densities on the manifold Σ. We state twoside estimates for the operator M and a description of the range of the Funk transform operatorM and approximation theorem for the kernel ...

We suggest to use operator product expansion and QCD sum rule techniques to estimate the long-distance contribution to the amplitude of the exclusive rare decay B → K∗γ. In contrast to a phenomenological description in terms of ψ resonances converting into a photon, the virtual charm quark loop interacting with soft gluons is represented by a new quark-gluon-photon operator. The matrix element ...
