Japanagromyza inferna Spencer is recorded for the first time from Brazil, in the North coast of the State of Rio de Janeiro, inducing galls in Centrosema virginianum L. (Fabaceae). The species is redescribed, with illustrations of male and female terminalia. A key to the identification of the Neotropical species of Japanagromyza Sasakawa is presented.

Fistulinella cinereoalba sp. nov., Austroboletus rostrupii, previously known from southeastern Asia, and Austroboletus festivus from Brazilian Amazonia are described for the first time from the Guiana Shield. These boletes were collected from tropical forests dominated by ectomycorrhizal Dicymbe spp. (Fabaceae subfam. Caesalpinioideae) in the Pakaraima Mountains of western Guyana.

Chorebus (Stiphrocera) hexomyzae sp. n. (Hymenoptera, Braconidae, Alysiinae, Dacnusini) is described and illustrated. It was reared from twig galls of Hexomyza caraganae Gu (Diptera, Agromyzidae) on Caragana korshinskii Kom. f. (Fabaceae) in Ningxia and Inner Mongolia (NW China). A partial key to related or similar Chorebus species is provided.

Elaphomyces compleximurus sp. nov. and E. digitatus sp. nov. are described from the Pakaraima Mountains of Guyana. Macromorphological, micromorphological, habitat and DNA sequence data are provided for each new species. This is the first report of Elaphomyces ascomata associated with ectomycorrhizal members of the Fabaceae and also for the genus from the lowland South American tropics.
