In order to increase the accuracy of trustworthiness evaluation of software, the paper improves the traditional construction process of the expected behavior trace of software and proposes an approach of trustworthiness evaluation of software behavior based on multidimensional fuzzy attributes. First, training samples of the same monitoring point are clustered based on multidimensional fuzzy at...

This paper presents Fuzzy Cognitive Maps as an approach in modeling the behavior and operation of complex systems. This technique is the fusion of the advances of the fuzzy logic and cognitive maps theories, they are fuzzy weighted directed graphs with feedback that create models that emulate the behavior of complex decision processes using fuzzy causal relations. There are some applications in...

In this paper, we study the existence, asymptotic behavior of the positive solutions of a fuzzy nonlinear difference equation xn+1 = Axn + xn−1 B + xn−1 , n = 0, 1, · · · , where (xn) is a sequence of positive fuzzy number, A,B are positive fuzzy numbers and the initial conditions x−1, x0 are positive fuzzy numbers.

In the present communication, we review the existing measures of fuzzy information. We define and characterize two fuzzy information measures which are sub additive and different from known measures of fuzzy information. We also study monotonic behavior and particular cases of these fuzzy information measures. 2000 Mathematics Subject Classification: 94A17 and 94 D 05

Realistic traffic flow simulation is possible when the vehicles inside the simulation are able to mimic human driving behavior. In view of this, this paper will discuss the implementation of fuzzy logic inside the Behavior Model framework with the intention to develop intelligent simulated vehicles. This Behavior Model consists of three different units, namely; Vision and Perception, Decision a...

This paper investigates some properties of Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy Hopfield neural networks. First, we prove that there exists a unique solution of the T-S fuzzy Hopfield neural network. Second, we determine a condition for input-to-state stability (ISS) of the T-S fuzzy Hopfield neural network. These results will be useful to analyze dynamic behavior of fuzzy neural networks.

The attractive research in the field of robotics as a main alternative to conventional robot in recent years is Behavior-based mobile robot. This control architecture should generate perfect behavior action and able to handle conflicting actions that are seemingly irreconcilable, those are known as Behaviour Design Problem and Action Selection Problem. This paper presents a new schema to overco...

In this paper, an approach is introduced which permits a model-free identification and prediction of time-dependent structural behavior. The numerical approach is based on recurrent neural networks for uncertain data. Time-dependent results obtained from measurements or numerical analysis are used to identify the uncertain long-term behavior of engineering structures. Thereby, the uncertainty o...

Abstract: In this paper an application of the adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system has been introduced to predict the behavior of a chaotic robot. The chaotic mobile robot implies a mobile robot with a controller that ensures chaotic motions. Chaotic motion is characterized by the topological transitivity and the sensitive dependence on initial conditions. We have used the controller such that...

This paper introduces a fuzzy decision-making algorithm for robot behavior coordination. The algorithm belongs to the arbitration class of behavior coordination mechanisms, under which only one behavior is running at a time. However, it is possible to use a hierarchical decision mechanism for hierarchical behaviors without interference between hierarchical levels. With this fuzzy decision metho...
