We investigate the phenomenon of diffusion in a countably infinite society individuals interacting with their neighbors network. At given time, each individual is either active or inactive. The driven by two characteristics: network structure and mechanism represented an aggregation function. distinguish between mechanisms (probabilistic, deterministic) focus on types functions (strict, Boolean...

We show that the dynamics of simple disordered models, like the directed trap model and the random energy model, takes place at a coexistence point between active and inactive dynamical phases. We relate the presence of a dynamic phase transition in these models to the extreme value statistics of the associated random energy landscape.

Protein kinases play central role in cellular regulation by catalyzing the phosphorylation of target proteins involved complex physiological processes, achieved their structural flexibility switching between active state and inactive states. Quantitative characterization kinase conformational dynamics is important yet challenging. Nanopore analysis emerging as an attractive single-molecule tool...

Signal transduction is of vital importance to the growth and adaptation of living organisms. The key to understand mechanisms of biological signal transduction is elucidation of the conformational dynamics of its signaling proteins, as the activation of a signaling protein is fundamentally a process of conformational transition from an inactive to an active state. A predominant form of signal t...

Objectives: Toady with growth of different sciences, amount of dies decrease and life hope is going to increase, so world population tends to old ages. In old ages physiologic changes effect on nutrition needs, therefore nutrition cares have the most important role in their health improvement. The goal of this study is the surveying situation of active and inactive elder men nutrition health in...

The evolution of the novel L2 clade of non-long terminal repeat (LTR) retrotransposons and their evolutionary dynamics in Deuterostomia has been examined. The short-term evolution of long interspersed nuclear element 2s (LINE2s) has been studied in 18 reptilian species by analysis of a PCR amplified 0.7-kb fragment encoding the palm/fingers subdomain of reverse transcriptase (RT). Most of the r...

In individual mammalian cells the expression of some genes such as prolactin is highly variable over time and has been suggested to occur in stochastic pulses. To investigate the origins of this behavior and to understand its functional relevance, we quantitatively analyzed this variability using new mathematical tools that allowed us to reconstruct dynamic transcription rates of different repo...

We report studies of hydration dynamics at the surface of the enzyme protein bovine pancreatic -chymotrypsin. The probe is the well known 1-anilinonaphthalene-8-sulfonate, which binds selectively in the native state of the protein, not the molten globule, as shown by x-ray crystallography. With femtosecond time resolution, we examined the hydration dynamics at two pHs, when the protein is physi...
