In the presence of fluid helicity $\boldsymbol{v} \cdot \boldsymbol{\omega}$, magnetic field induces an electric current form $\boldsymbol{j} = C_{\rm HME} (\boldsymbol{v} \boldsymbol{\omega}) \boldsymbol{B}$.
