Numbness within the thumb involving palmar aspect with three and a half digits as division is common presentation of peripheral nerve injury. However, it rarely observed to be presented numbness at ulnar-palmar side thumb, where longitudinal melanonychia on nail plate acts division. We present case that reveals concurrence suffered from injury during course occupational therapy.
