in this paper we characterize hyper mv -algebras in which 0 or1 are scalar elements . we prove that any nite hyper mv -algebra that 0is a scaler element in it, is an mv -algebra. finally we characterize hypermv -algebras of order 2 and order 3.

objectives: it is important to recognize any risk factors for the development of injuries in the athletic population. the aim of this study was to investigate the association between joint hyper mobility and low back pain in iranian hyper mobile and non-hyper mobile athletes. methods: 50 athletic patients with low back pain (age=23.20±12.79 years) and 51 healthy athletes (age=24.28±13.70) from ...

Sepsis is an unusual systemic reaction to what is sometimes an otherwise ordinary infection, and it probably represents a pattern of response by the immune system to injury. A hyper-inflammatory response is followed by an immunosuppressive phase during which multiple organ dysfunction is present and the patient is susceptible to nosocomial infection. Biomarkers to diagnose sepsis may allow earl...

Introduction: Juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) represents a heterogeneous group of childhood chronic arthritic conditions. The pathogenesis of JIA remains incompletely understood. This disease can lead to a significant morbidity including joint deformity, growth impairment and a persistence of active arthritis into adulthood. The past two decades have witnessed significant advances in treatm...

Oxidative stress appears to have an important role in glucocorticoid insensitivity, as a crucial problem in asthma therapy. We studied the preventive effect of antioxidant N-acetylcysteine (NAC) on the airway hyper-responsiveness (AHR) and the accumulation of inflammatory cells in the airways in an animal model of steroid resistant acute exacerbation of asthma. Systemically sensitized Balb/C mi...

BACKGROUND Ozone, a pollutant known to induce airway hyper-responsiveness (AHR), increases morbidity and mortality in patients with obstructive airway diseases and asthma. We postulate oxidized lipids mediate in vivo ozone-induced AHR in murine airways. METHODOLOGY/PRINCIPAL FINDINGS Male BALB/c mice were exposed to ozone (3 or 6 ppm) or filtered air (controls) for 2 h. Precision cut lung sli...

In this paper rst we dene the notions of positive implicativehyper MV -ideals of types 1,2,3 and 4 in hyper MV -algebras and we investigatethe relationship between of them . Then by some examples we show that thesenotions are not equivalent. Finally we give some relations between these notionsand the notions of (weak) hyper MV -ideals and (weak) hyper MV -deductivesystems of hyper MV -algebras.

Background and Objective: Sepsis is a syndrome involving physiological, pathological, and biochemical abnormalities caused by infection. Very few studies have been performed to evaluate the prognostic value of the neutrophil-to-albumin ratio. The present study aimed to evaluate the neutrophil-to-albumin ratio in patients with sepsis admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU). Materials and Meth...

Hyper-IgE syndrome (HIES) is a primary immunodeficiency characterized by atopic manifestations and susceptibility to infections with extracellular pathogens, typically Staphylococcus aureus, which preferentially affect the skin and lung. Previous studies reported the defective differentiation of T helper 17 (Th17) cells in HIES patients caused by hypomorphic STAT3 mutations. However, the appare...

The Staphylococcus aureus HrtAB system is a hemin-regulated ABC transporter composed of an ATPase (HrtA) and a permease (HrtB) that protect S. aureus against hemin toxicity. S. aureus strains lacking hrtA exhibit liver-specific hyper-virulence and upon hemin exposure over-express and secrete immunomodulatory factors that interfere with neutrophil recruitment to the site of infection. It has bee...
